At Innerforce Wellness, I specialize in Bio-Energetic Integration (BIE) sessions, which are a type of energy-based healing modality. During a BIE session, I work to restore balance to the body’s energy field, which can improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well being.

I also provide nutritional counselling and lifestyle recommendations to help my clients reach their health goals, improve their relationship with their body and nourish both their physical and emotional well being.

Pricing Breakdown

At Innerforce Wellness, I believe in taking a customized approach to meet your wellness goals. To provide the best care, I ask that you share your expectations with me prior to the appointment so that I can schedule the right amount of time that will meet your needs. Please note that if we go over the allotted time slot, a fee will be applied to the final invoice accordingly.

Initial Visit

$217 +hst

Follow Up Appointments:

30 min | $85 +hst

45 min | $120 +hst

60 min | $170 +hst

At Innerforce Wellness, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be in need of treatment. For short noticed cancellations, there will be a fee of $85. I kindly ask that you be courteous of your appointments and respect the time that I have set aside for you.
