At Innerforce Wellness, I am committed to helping my clients reach their highest potential in mind and body. As a Certified BIE and Nutritional Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing my clients with the individualized care and support that they need. I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on a client's mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. My aim is to empower my clients with knowledge and the tools they need to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

My Approach

My approach is to motivate and empower my clients with the best of my knowledge, using a deep focus on understanding and incorporating food combinations, ‘cleaner’ products, a healthier lifestyle, and emotional well-being.  I enjoy sharing the most delicious recipes. I’m mindful of going at my client’s own pace, not mine.  Once we find the root causes, integrating both nutrition and Bio Energetics (BIE) becomes a key part of every session together.

What is BIE?

BIE is a natural, effective method that assists the body's software, allowing it to recognize the "culprit" that's causing their health disorder. Using our non-invasive patented modality, energy is directed onto specific points on the body, while reintroducing the culprit's vibrational frequency. Once the body's able to recognize the stressing frequency, it will then return to a balanced state of health, thereby, alleviating suffering. Similarly, "resetting" or "rebooting" a computer clears energy blocks that cause the computer to slow down or even freeze, allowing it to return to proper function.

What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet and considers the individual’s uniqueness, including all aspects of their lifestyle. This natural approach incorporates emotional, spiritual, and physical health to create a state of well-being for optimum living. A holistic approach to proper nutrition teaches healthy eating by incorporating natural and organic foods, natural holistic supplements, and treatments for chronic health conditions using food choices.
